As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), I have experience working will people of all ages and abilities. I have a passion for working with individuals to create collaborative treatment goals that helps them live a more functional life by preventing and treating many different conditions and injuries.
As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC), I am passionate about helping people with processing unresolved emotions and transitions in life. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that everyone has the ability to heal. Modalities that I lean into include: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, & Existentialism.
